Very good hotel true to ratings in an excellent location at the top of North Terrace which makes an easy walk all around the arts area. Free tram to most locations in CBD. Basic decor with tea/coffee making kettle in rooms. Excellent reception staff and close to J1 or J2 bus to from/to airport. I have stayed here many times over several years and it remains consistent.

Lobby or reception in Adelaide Riviera Hotel

Hi All, I am a regular guest, that works close to ARH. This week, I booked 2 Ns in Executive Suite with Spa Bath. I fell 'in love' with it. Perfect space, timely, clean, balcony view of new Bragg Centre, SAMRI and long view of beautiful uni structures. And then inside, a large spacious Spa Bath with bubbles. Room for 2 people. Great, working aircon. Table & chairs. Long work desk. Comfy, ready to sleep bed, extra bed for 3 guests. Floor space for floor exercises. God, sized working fridge. Clean, Clean, Clean. To top it off, they upgraded my next 3 nights from the Deluxe Queen Room to enable me to spend my whole week in this ideal Executive Suite with Spa Bath. Highly Recommended and Highly Rated. Easy transport at the door. :)

City view in Adelaide Riviera Hotel

I had a great stay at the Adelaide Riviera Hotel. The location is one of its biggest highlights — just a short walk from the main shopping area, which made it easy to explore the city and do some shopping without needing transport. The airport bus stop was only a few meters away, which was super convenient for both arrival and departure. There’s also good food nearby, with several restaurants and cafes just around the corner, and a lovely garden area close by for a relaxing walk or a quiet spot to enjoy a coffee. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful

A budget hotel with most of the facilities I needed. Clean and tidy, with friendly, helpful staff. Superb location close to the centre of Adelaide city. There are lots of power outlets in the room, so I could plug in my devices without having to use my power board and extension lead. The teapot is a real bonus for this tea addict!

I stayed in Room 403. It is an Executive Suite with Spa Bath on the 4th floor. The room faces North onto North Terrace. I loved everything about the room. Wonderful ambience. Fantastic view. Very quiet and relaxed with respectful neighbours. The Jacuzzi Spa Bath is big and deep. It is very relaxing. My first bath after a Late / Early Shift in the ICU at the RAH had me falling asleep in the beautiful warm water. Love the facilities and the kindness of all staff. Housekeeping facilitates needs. Friendly front desk staff. I stay regularl. It is a good place to study and a good place to stay over between Late / Early Shifts. It is walking distance to the RAH and local cafes for breakfast and meals. A great, local way to have Time Out. I extended my stay by one night to facilitate rest and study.

I stayed in an Executive Suite with Spa Bath in Room 403. It was an overnight stay between a Late and Early shift. I did use the spa bath facility after the Late shift to cool down and relax. It was very helpful and settling for the mind and body. The bed is exceptional and cosy and comfortable. It is a Commercial Elite bed. The pillows are good and my neck and head and back feel supported. As a practicing clinical nurse this support is vital, especially between a Late and Early shift when rest and recovery time is limited. I always appreciate my time here and find sleep and recovery a special part of my stay. The North Terrace traffic settles overnight as buses and trams holt service and minimal cars become white noise. The WiFi coverage is good, and the 4th Floor has digital Wi-Fi TVs. This is useful for movies, study, YouTube, etc. I always enjoy my stay and especially love the 4th Floor. Fellow guests are courteous, and staff are always friendly.

Landmark view in Adelaide Riviera Hotel

Wonderful bed & shower. Very quiet room. Daily parking fee comparable or lower than other hotels we researched. A few minutes walk to two different tram stations. The East/West tram in Adelaide is free between the Entertainment Centre and the Botanical Gardens and the North/South line within the CBD is also free.

Loved the location, was perfect for what we needed, had parking out back and trams out front. The security for the hotel was good after hours using a fob, plus liked the idea needing a fob to enter and exit the car park more than once for the same price. It was very clean and quite roomy. Great hotel for the price, staff very friendly and obliging. Very quiet no road noise in our room, bed very comfortable, had a great nights sleep. The water for the shower was hot straight away.

Such a lovely stay! Clean, very comfortable beds, cosy room, aircon/heater, very hot shower (love!). Location is fantastic. Very close to main drag but not directly on it so it was nice and quiet. I felt very much at home here.
